The company’s full line of modular-designed tire recycling systems are engineered to deliver optimum production efficiencies for a wide variety of rubber aftermarkets, such as TDS (Tire Derived Shreds), wire-free chips, rubber mulch, crumb rubber and rubber powder.

Individually designed plants include TDS plants for production up to 30 tons per hour. Wire-Free Chip/Mulch systems with a production rate of up to 12 tons per hour. Several Crumb Rubber systems with capacities of up to 4 tons per hour. Rubber Powder systems for fine milling are also available.

Individual ECO equipment includes single and two-shaft primary shredders, secondary shredders, granulators, and the patented ECO KRUMBUSTER® fine grinding mill, in addition to parts. The company has tire recycling systems in operation all over the world. Each system is specifically designed and engineered to meet the standards and specifications of customer and location.
