The company’s full line of modular-designed tire recycling systems are engineered to deliver optimum production efficiencies for a wide variety of rubber aftermarkets, such as TDS (Tire Derived Shreds), wire-free chips, rubber mulch, crumb rubber and rubber powder.
Individually designed plants include TDS plants for production up to 30 tons per hour. Wire-Free Chip/Mulch systems with a production rate of up to 12 tons per hour. Several Crumb Rubber systems with capacities of up to 4 tons per hour. Rubber Powder systems for fine milling are also available.
Individual ECO equipment includes single and two-shaft primary shredders, secondary shredders, granulators, and the patented ECO KRUMBUSTER® fine grinding mill, in addition to parts.
