Automated side loader

The latest Rapid Rail continuous pack automated side loader includes improvements to the automated arm structure, electrical system and hydraulics. Automated arms have been strengthened and grabber gears have been beefed up with 80 percent larger teeth. The Rapid Rail’s electrical system has been redesigned with modern proximity switches, and some other key features include: electrical cab controls with a “soft shift” valve, protective housing for all hydraulic hoses, an easily accessible lift valve, and a modern PLC (programmable logic controller).

New parts have been designed to retrofit to existing Rapid Rail continuous pack automated side loaders in the field.
