Quick-change trommel
Designed especially for large scale processors, the McCloskey 628 Trommel offers a “quick-change” drum feature which allows for highly efficient pre-screening and finished screening with one machine.
The patented “Drum X-Change System” has been proven in use on smaller trommels, and allows operators to put a single trommel to work on multiple screening tasks with minimal setup time. The 628 Trommel, measuring six feet in diameter with 28-foot long screens, is the first trommel of its size to offer the Drum X-change system. The result: a trommel large enough to keep pace with production demands and versatile enough to serve double-duty as a pre-screener for applications in large scale composting, green waste processing and landfill reclamation.
