The SH series of Hydraulic shears are designed to provide a powerful and efficient means to cut steel beams and rebar, crush concrete, as well as pick up and sort various materials.
These high production, low maintenance units are ideal for use in scrap yards and demolition sites, and utilize a large bore hydraulic cylinder combined with an exclusive speed/regeneration valve for superior cutting force and cycle time.
A guide slide, puck system reduces jaw stress and helps to eliminate jamming, and the addition of a front blade increases cutting capacity and eliminates wear inside the lower jaw. All cutting blades and the blade guide are designed to be reversed and rotated, optimizing wear part consumption, and a heavy duty bearing uses a double row of balls, providing a longer service life than the typical single row.
