ARJES, Zemmler, Rockster, and EuRec to exhibit together at bauma 2025
The joint booth will feature equipment for construction, demolition, and scrap recycling

Happening this year in Munich, bauma 2025 is the world's largest trade show for construction equipment, building material machines, and mining equipment. Running from April 7 to 13, the show brings together the best of the industry's leading companies. This year, ARJES GmbH, Zemmler Siebanlagen GmbH, Rockster Austria International GmbH, and EuRec Environmental Technology GmbH will exhibit together at the Messe München - Outdoor Exhibition Area South. Visitors to the event can expect to see a wide portfolio of construction and demolition processing equipment.
ARJES COMPAKTOR 300 shredder
The COMPAKTOR 300 is no stranger to the global recycling market. Disposal companies use the flexible and compact two-shaft shredder with a total weight of roughly 15 tonnes. Its versatility is demonstrated by its ability to process a wide range of materials—from construction waste and concrete to wood, commercial waste, rubber, waste tires, and even aluminum.
The processing capacity varies depending on the material and ranges from 5 to 15 tonnes per hour for commercial waste all the way up to 80 to 100 tonnes per hour for construction and demolition waste.
Zemmler MS 3200 screening machine
The Zemmler MS 3200 double drum screening machine was developed for small businesses, local authorities, gardening, and landscaping. The Zemmler features a screening capacity of up to 60 m³/h, a screening drum length of 3,200 mm and a screening surface of 18 m². The interchangeable wire screens (2 - 80 mm) come with the option of converting the plant from a two-fraction to a three-fraction system. The machine also features an electric drive and optional diesel drive to increase versatility.
The machine also features a loading height of 2,500 mm, and can be loaded with excavators and wheel loaders while the 2-axle central trailer chassis (80 km/h, StVZO-compliant) ensures good mobility. The MS 3200 also offers other options like extended belts, an optional coarse fraction belt or Hardox wear protection equipment for a wide range of applications.
Rockster R 1000 tracked impact crusher
The Rockster R1000 tracked impact crusher creates defined cubic final products when processing construction waste, asphalt, concrete, and natural stone.
The machine is equipped with a circular vibrating screen, a double-functional return or stockpile belt, and a hydraulically height-adjustable magnetic separator. A built-in air blower separates light materials such as paper, wood, or plastic, resulting in a clean cubic end product.
The 340 HP CAT Stage V 9.3 engine and the hydrostatic drive system ensure constant performance. The central machine controls with automatic monitoring and an intuitive colour display which offers quick start functions and presets. In addition, the engine compartment is designed for easy access.
New EuRec two-shaft shredder
EuRec will present its latest two-shaft shredder at bauma 2025 with a total weight of around 50 tonnes and a drive power of almost 1,000 hp. The construction of the shredding system makes it resistant to materials such as broken concrete and concrete railway sleepers with reinforcing steel as well as old vehicles and scrap metal.
An additionally installed separation technology ensures the targeted separation of ferrous and non-ferrous material after the shredding process. Despite its size, the machine remains mobile and ready for use on any terrain thanks to the standard crawler track system.
