SENNEBOGEN has introduced the versatile 826 G-series, expanding its product portfolio.
The new 826 G-series machine is the latest addition to the SENNEBOGEN recycling family. With a reach of 13 metres and an operating weight of 26 to 28 tons, depending on the equipment variant, the machine is ideal for waste recycling, scrap, and timber applications. An intelligent machine design helps ensure the machine retains its value over the long term, even during continuous operation in tough working environments. A large system performance paired with hydraulics also helps enable ideal efficiency.
Whether loading or sorting the new 826 G is an all-rounder in the recycling or scrap yard with its wide range of equipment options. The material handler has five undercarriage variants. In addition, the modular system offers a range of orange peels, clamshells, sorting grabs, or magnets. The machine can be used to implement multiple application-specific solutions. The 826 G is part of SENEBOGEN's 6th machine generation.
The new cab elevation gives the operators more viewing height for safety and visibility. The Maxcab can be raised by 2.8 metres and helps enable smooth and fatigue-free work, even when driving at high speeds. The cab is designed to meet the needs of the driver by being comfortable, roomy, and with well-thought-out details. The panoramic window provides an overview of the entire working area for increased safety when loading and maneuvering. In addition, cameras and numerous other safety features ensure ideal protection for people, the surroundings, and the machine.
The new model lifts 4.2 tons at a reach of 10.5 metres and can handle a large amount of material per work cycle. Equipped with a 127 kW Stage V diesel engine, SENNEBOGEN says that the 826 G is particularly environmentally friendly and economical.
The new maintenance concept of the 826 G-series offers clearer and simplified access to service points such as the central lubrication system and the tanks, making day-to-day maintenance easier. The central electrical distributors and electronic modules also make maintenance and service easier and are protected from environmental influences thanks to the large E-box. Other technological innovations also ensure that the overall service intervals have been extended once again.
The new 826 G-Series machine will make its world premiere at IFAT 2024.
