Wastequip has opened a new WRX facility in Jurupa Valley, California. This facility will expand Wastequip's parts and service footprint across the U.S.
The Jurupa Valley WRX location offers access to localized parts inventory for quick availability and pick up. Later in 2023, the facility will begin offering service for refuse trucks, hoists, tarping systems, and related waste equipment.
"We are excited about our newest WRX facility, which marks our parts and service expansion into southern California," said Eric Mattson president of the trucks division. "This location allows us to provide localized parts inventory and eventually equipment service to haulers and municipalities in the southern California area. As part of the Wastequip family, customers know they can rely on the technical expertise, service capabilities and parts inventory at any WRX location to keep their operations running smoothly."
The WRX concept was launched in 2020 to localize waste equipment service, providing convenient access to fleet maintenance and parts inventory. Recently WRX facilities introduced compactor service solutions. Wastequip users can now schedule a variety of compactor services from general wear and tear and safety inspections to grease service to replacement of hydraulic oil, filters, or hoses through the WRX website.
The new facility offers parts inventory for refuse trucks, hoists, and other waste equipment. The location will begin offering equipment service later in 2023 joining existing WRX locations in Pompano Beach, Florida; Atlanta, Georgia; Phoenix, Arizona; and Dallas, Texas.
