TF80 tracked feeder designed for enhanced materials stockpiling
The TF80 tracked feeder from Ontario-based McCloskey International is engineered to enhance the process of stockpiling of materials that traditionally can cause blockages in conventional stackers. These machines facilitate the handling and stockpiling of compost as well as large wood waste, bark and top soil, all of which can be directly fed into the hopper using loaders and excavators.
The latest TF80s include full remote control on all functions, saving time and money by allowing operators to track and run the machine without getting out of their loader. This facilitates the handling and stockpiling of a variety of materials, like wood waste, bark, compost and top soil, all of which are directly fed into the hopper with large loaders and excavators.
Plus, in response to customer feedback, the TF80 has a new lower operating angle to allow it to convey a wider variety of material without blockages, bottlenecking or bridging. Units are powered by a standard 100 hp (75 kW) Kubota engine, offer Track or Wheel Mobility and feature hydraulic folding for easy transport, resulting in fast on-site setup time – in as little as five minutes. In addition to the high capacity feed hopper (up to 23.0 cubic yards or 17.3 cubic metres), the TF80 features a 1,200 mm (48 inch) wide heavy-duty 80-foot long conveyer and a 1,200 mm (48 inch) wide heavy-duty feeder.
As with all McCloskey equipment, the TF80 has excellent access for maintenance with its open access engine bay, saving time and reducing costs. With additional options like an aggregate hopper or shredder, as well as its high-level standard safety features, the TF80 is ideal for stockpiling organic materials.
Additional features include easy access to maintenance points and an open-access engine bay, as well as an optional aggregate hopper or shredder.
