The Allu D-series Screener Crusher enables users to screen and crush materials in different fragment sizes from 40 mm to 100 mm. These attachments will screen, crush, pulverize, aerate, blend, mix, separate, feed and load materials, and are designed to be used with skid loaders, wheel loaders and excavators. Units optimize material flow, are wear-resistant, and feature an FEM optimized robust frame and a rear-mounted drum system.
For fine screening, D-series screener crushers will screen either 0-15 or 0-25 mm end product. A Heavy-Duty series is available, as well as a Strong series and Basic series. Basic and Strong models are equipped with one motor, and heavy-duty models with two motors. Fine screening units are designed for between 10- and 45-tonne excavators and 4- to 30-tonne wheel loaders, with maximum driving outputs from 110 kW to 225 kW.
On all D-series screener crushers, a new bearing solution gives better protection against dust penetration into the bearings, units are faster and easier to maintain than earlier models, and the design eliminates bolts (or hatches) in the material flow.
