High-speed container loader

The ACCULOADER high speed container loader is the result of years of accumulated field experience, and is designed to eliminate the need for manual loading or tilting. These units are designed for maximum safety, efficiency, and service longevity in all recycled commodities loading applications, including logs and scrap materials.

Constructed with a custom-designed hull/hopper riding on a non point load roller system, ACCULOADER is designed so that containers stay on the chassis at all times. It requires minimum horsepower, and can be powered either with an electric motor or diesel engine options. Units incorporate a rugged load bar scale system accurate to +/- 1 percent, and will prevent container damage in loading either 20- or 40-foot containers, within 30 minutes.
