Balers achieve up to 50 TPH OCC

Capable of handling plastics as well as up to 50 tons per hour of OCC, up to 90 tons per hour of high grades, and up to 80 tons per hour of news, the IPS Conquest-180 Double Hinge Side Baler features a ram face pressure of 361,700 pounds and is available with 100- or 200-hp main motors. These extremely high production balers have 72-inch wide by 72-inch long hoppers, and produce excellent, dense and heavy bales to 43 inches (W) by 43 inches (H) by variable length. A range of smaller models are also available.

The IPS Bale-Tie Two Ram baler (top right) features 465,000 pounds of total force, 100- or 200-hp main motors, and a patented bale tie and lid option. These balers bale and tie simultaneously, and handle multiple materials extremely fast (including ferrous and non-ferrous). According to IPS, these balers feature 25 tons of weight difference compared to any standard two-ram on the market, which results in excellent bale size and weight. Production rates with this Bale Tie Two-Ram Baler are 30 tons per hour of OCC, up to 12 tons per hour of PET and 42 tons per hour of news.
