The C50 heavy-duty track-mounted 50-inch (1,270-mm) jaw crusher is the first model in a new family of portable crushing plants from McCloskey. At the core of the new C50 model jaw crusher is a 50-inch by 26-inch (1,270-mm by 660-mm) single toggle jaw, developed in partnership with Telsmith Inc. Key features of C50 crushers include a 300 rpm crusher speed, a Tier III-compliant Cat C9 engine, 350 hp (261 kW) at 1,900 rpm, a track chassis or track c\w wheel bogie, and an integrated hydraulic folding hopper and stockpiling conveyors. McCloskey also recently introduced R155 screeners featuring a 16-foot by five-foot screenbox with a full 155 square feet of screening area, and have added design updates to their models S130 and S190 High Energy flatdeck vibratory screeners, allowing them to produce four streams of graded material.
